A home electrical inspection tests each circuit to find any problems and will advise you of any work that should be completed to bring it up to the required standard.

The report will detail all faults and will provide you with a prioritised list of any work needed.

Electrical regulations recommend that this inspection is carried out on change of ownership
and up to a maximum of 10 years after this.

The test takes around 4 hours depending on the size of the your house,
and we require the power to be switched off at various times during this time.
